Seasonal Vehicle Storage

Our off-season vehicle storage area accommodates Cars, Boats, Motor homes, RV’s, and Motorcycles.

Perfect for your prized Corvette or any vehicle you need added security protection or protection from the sun's damaging UV rays, or just plain don't have the room.

We have ample storage area for most vehicles, and our maximum door dimensions are 10’ wide by 12’ high, with a ceiling height of 12’.

Although we do not allow the storage of flammable items, gasoline or oil, etc. separately, vehicles can be stored in the vehicle storage designated area with a minimal amount of gas and oil as required for operational purposes.

Management reserves the right to refuse storage of any vehicle that illustrates leakage of gas or oil or that smells of foul, harmful or flammable odors or vapors that could put all property at risk.

The minimum storage rate on any vehicle is $70.00
