Vehicle Storage Tips

Storing vehicles with gas and oil remaining in the tanks is solely at the risk of each tenant.

• Remove any food, live plants or pets from the vehicle prior to storage.
• Remove any flammable items or solvents.
• Lock all internal and external storage compartments.
• Drain gasoline and oil tanks prior to any long term storage.
• Disconnect battery terminals.
• Empty all holding tanks prior to storage.
• Boats & RV's - drain, flush, and winterize waterlines and holding tanks.
• Secure all covers.
