FAQ's & Questions

• When can I move my possessions in or out?
  We usually start our rentals on the 1st of the month ending the last day of the month. A minimum storage fee may apply.
• Who provides the locks and how much do they cost?
  We provide the locks to insure safe keeping for all of our tenants' goods. Locks are FREE, but if lost or damaged, a $45.00 replacement fee will be charged. Two keys are provided with each lock, extra or lost keys are additional at $5.00 each.
• Is there a deposit fee?
  Yes, we do require a one month's rental as a deposit fee. This is a refundable fee as long as we have no clean-up, disposal, or repair. Please refer to your storage contract for more specific details.
