General Policies

The commercial storage and residential storage facility has a NO SMOKING policy that is strictly enforced. Smoking and alcohol usage is strictly prohibited inside or around the storage facility at all times.

Firearms or any explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited from storage or use in or around the facility.

To comply with local zoning, state and federal laws, we ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following list of items that may not be stored:

Live plants or animals, used tires, hazardous items of any kind, hazardous waste material of any kind, paint, oils, gasoline (except for allowed vehicle storage), anything that produces odors, stolen items, firearms, explosives, alcohol, tobacco, drugs or any drug producing equipment, and flammable items.

We also have the right to refuse storage for any item deemed inappropriate or for any items that may affect the harm of tenants or incur damage to this facility or tenant possessions.
