Security Features

Look to us as your trusted protector of your personal property in our climate controlled storage facility. From a security standpoint, the premises are monitored with our 24-hour security procedures, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Safety equipment is strategically placed throughout the facility for emergency access:

• Fire Alarms
• Fire Extinguishers
• Security Cameras with video surveillance.

  Other features for your comfort and safety include:
• Coded access exterior doors.
• Clean, well lighted hallways and entranceways.
• Pest-controlled facility.
• Two-wheel caddies for moving assistance.

All self-storage tenants receive a unique security code, and can only enter and exit the facility when this code is activated.

For our vehicle storage customers and our records storage customers, only Christoff Storage personnel are allowed access to these areas. Tenant access is only permitted when escorted by a Christoff staff associate and with a 24-hour notice.
